Tryin' the Beach

We went to Holland State Park to give the beach a try with two kids.  I of course did not try this by myself the first time around.  I concluded that we had a lot of fun, but both kiddos need lots of attention, and we need lots of gear.  I could've called this post "Good Times with lotsa Gear."  We will of course be returning, but I won't be going by myself...maybe next year.

Summer Vacation is Here

This past Friday school wrapped up.  We did not have plans to do anything this past weekend because I didn't have a second to make any plans.  We woke up Saturday morning and realized it was summer vacation, and it was going to be 90 degrees, so we decided to head north for the weekend.  We were so glad we did.  It was an awesome weekend! Or as Brighton now says, "Totally Awesome!"

She is 4

They're both 4.  Bright is 4 years, and Tilden is 4 months.

 She is 24.75 inches tall (60th percentile), and she weighs 15 lbs, 3 oz. (69th percentile).

Night at the Farm

We head to Teusinks Farm every year with our friends and family at Bethany CRC.  Good times!
